A 60 minute initial session with a complete comprehensive hydrotherapy program at a public facility. Warm water and barometric pressure can help with muscle recovery, the safety of water is excellent for low-level exercise and those prone to falls or decreased balance

Create an individualised gym-based strength program to work through in session and allow for multiple sessions during the week. Ideal for those with higher functional capacity.
